Architectural Affairs is dedicated to a community-building approach to architecture and neighborhood planning through good design. Throughout our work we try to reflect the greater picture of design within the built environment and the important role that buildings play in creating and preserving the urban fabric.

As architects devoted to good design, we believe that creative and innovative thinking can occur at all levels of design and is not relegated to the most costly or monumental of efforts. Our philosophy of providing highly crafted and sensitive design solutions results in a variety of stylistic differences between projects, and allows the unique qualities of the site, project, and client to be the showcase for the design.

The small, studio-like atmosphere of our office promotes our attentive approach to design and has enabled us to maintain close relationships with each client and project beyond the completion of a building.
